Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we encourage attendees to research their own travel requirements. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence, and any other identification needed. Please allow enough time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation that will be needed.
Visas are required for all foreigners entering the United States unless they are from a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program. During registration, you can request an official visa letter for the conference. You will need to provide your passport information, date of birth, and legal full name. Upon completion of registration and email will be sent to you with the letter along with your registration confirmation. Please contact ifso2021@meetingadvice. if you have questions. Further information is available at the Visa Waiver Program.
Traveler’s seeking to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for a travel authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization. Please click HERE for further information and to fill out an application form. Please note, your application must be approved prior to your entering the USA.
Please note, airport authorities do not issue visas and you will have to apply for a visa in advance. For the purposes of IFSO2021 Miami you will need to apply for a B-1 visa, a non-immigrant visa, designed for persons who want to enter the United States on a temporary basis for business purposes.
Please contact your local US consulate/embassy and enquire about visa regulations for your country and how to obtain a visa. Please check regulations with the respective embassy well ahead before traveling. To find out more about country-respective visa requirements visit the following website:
