MeetingAdvice LLC, as the organizing agency, will not accept telephone reservations. Registrations must be completed using this Online Registration process. Once the registration process has been completed the participant will receive a reservation confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email please check your spam and junk folders. If email is not found, please contact the IFSO2021 registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Early registration fees must be paid prior to the deadline for early registration, otherwise, your registration fee will be updated to the current fee.
Full payment is required prior to the start of the conference. A confirmation email will be sent after payment has been received. Please review your confirmation email carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be required to make any changes to your registration.
All payments must be made in US Dollars and can be paid using the following methods: Credit Card Online: Registrant will be redirected to a secure banking page. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Any pending registration charges or fees must be made prior to entry into the conference.
Hotel reservations can be booked using the hotel booking link, however, anyone without a conference registration may have their hotel registration canceled by the registration authority. Please book your conference registration prior to booking your hotel.
Meetingadvice has blocked rooms for the dates of the Congress. Hotel requests for dates before or after the conference are subject to hotel availability.
All rates are per room per night and do not include local or state taxes.
We advise all participants to book their hotel reservations immediately after completing registration to guarantee accommodation availability.
MeetingAdvice LLC acts as an organizing agency and is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to any person or property.
All modifications or cancellations must be made in the online registration system.
Cancellations made by August 16, 2021 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
Cancellations made by September 16, 2021 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Cancellations made on or after September 17, 2021 will be non-refundable.
No refunds will be made in the event of canceled sessions or program changes.
