IFSO Negotiate Room rate: $229 plus $34 resort fee and 14% tax per room per day will apply to all guest rooms.
Resort Fee Includes guest room wired or wireless high-speed internet access, unlimited toll-free, and local calls (prefixes 305, 954, and 786) beach chairs, newspaper and use of the Gym.
Hotel Registration deadline is Monday, June 29 , 2021, at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Guest will be responsible for their own guest room, hotel fee, taxes and incidental charges upon check-in. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will serve as a confirmation of the reservation for the dates indicated, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the first of the reserved stay. The deposit can be refunded if notice is received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.

What do I need to check in to the Hotel?
Upon check in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and major credit card that is EMV (chip) certified. In some cases a pin number will also be requested if required by your bank, we also accept Apple Pay and other mobile payment services. Your credit card will be authorized for a $150 per day security deposit for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account.
What if I do not have a major credit card at check-in?
As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid. If room and tax have been pre-paid then a deposit of $600 will be required. US Citizens will be refunded via mail in the form of a check. International guests will be refunded upon checkout after assessment of guest folio.
What time is check-in and check out?
Standard check-in time is 4 PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 4pm. Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.
